The property landscape in Bangsar have changed tremendously over recent years although one thing most consistent about Bangsar is the value of property. Most people would know that real estate investment in Bangsar is one of the highest and would only be affordable by the richer and higher income groups. Commercial development have grown which causes the price of property to go up steadily, but you will notice that a lot of shops in around Bangsar do not last long due to its high rentals and overheads, which speaks very clearly about the price of property here.
